Talk about pimpin' your ride! Mattel added a little extra bling to a Hot Wheels car to commemorate the production of the 4 billionth Hot Wheels vehicle. The 18-karat white gold-jeweled car is valued at $140,000 and is encrusted with 2,700 diamonds weighing nearly 23 carats in total weight. This Matell model car is on display at the "Millionaire's Fair" which is currently being held in Moscow.
